COME CELEBRATE WITH US! Whimsy Wees offers an array of different ways to create art and celebrate with friends & family. Our birthday parties can be for all ages from adults to toddlers! We can set up the studio with different stations for little guests to move through and they can paint Letter Canvases using process art techniques. Adult parties can be set up with easels like our Sip & Paint events. Our parties and studio can also be used for Team Building Opportunities, Mural Paint Parties, Private Paint/Craft Sessions, TEEN Paint Nights and more! If you have an idea, let’s make it happen!

Birthday Party Package $390

Guests will come and work on a collaborative project for the birthday artist and create a one of a kind art piece that they will each take home. Art lesson and project can be tailored for your event or we can help you decide the perfect art piece for your guests to create.

Birthday Party FAQ

  • Fill out the Birthday Party Form to share your details.

    We will email to discuss the date of the party, number of painters, pricing, and logistics. Make sure to check your spam folder for our emails. Once you have heard from us that your day and time is open, you will then pay the $100 deposit to secure your date.

    A week before your party you will receive an email from us asking for your final head count so we can prep your party. You will then purchase the Final Party Package and if you have gone over 12 guests you will need to purchase the Extra Party Guest option. You will not be refunded for guests that do not show up that day.

  • For all parties a personalized birthday banner will be created for guests to color when they arrive. Birthday parties for ages 5 and up will paint a 12x12 canvas that each guest will take home. You have the option of what we paint, we can do anything that the birthday party is into.

    Toddler Parties will have 5-6 stations set up that are age appropriate. Examples of stations are, play dough, easel painting, table craft, bead station, coloring a banner and a large 3d cake for your guests to paint. If you want a specific theme, there will be an additional cost. This option will include 5-6 stations that are themed related. We have done Frozen, Paw Patrol and Construction. We can do any theme you like.

    Adult parties can be set up with easels like our Sip & Paint events.

    Kids aged 5 and up can paint a themed canvas. Depending on the age of the guests and difficulty of the painting, the design may be traced for them.

    Kids aged 4 and 5 can paint “Letter Canvases.” Each guest will have their first letter of their name taped out and they can paint the canvas with paint. Once the canvas drys they will pull the tape off to reveal their letter. This age party will also decorate a 3D cake and make friendship bracelets.

    Paper lanterns can also be painted instead of canvases. We have painted them for a Rapunzel theme and a Planet theme.

  • Guests decorate the birthday person’s banner as they arrive. About 15min after the hour we will start the painting process. Usually the painting project has two parts. We will paint the first section which takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes. As painters finish this first portion they will wash up and for children parties, we will pull out small children size tables and stools for them to eat at. If you are having food delivered it’s best to have it arrive 45 min after the first hour. (Ex: at 12:45pm if you party start time was at Noon. )

    While guests are eating we will be drying their canvases.

    After they are done eating they will come back and finish the last portion of the painting. (Note: If the drying process is taking a while and kids have finished eating we may at this time have the kids sing to the birthday artist and eat dessert.)

    Once paintings are done we then go back to the tables for singing and dessert. If desserts are being delivered the best time would be around 15min after the second hour. (Ex. 1:15pm if party start time was at Noon.)

    We encourage guests at this time to finish coloring the banner. We will then help get all the guests together for pictures.

  • 20 children (including siblings)

  • We celebrate birthday parties on Saturday afternoons either at 12Noon-2:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm. If our Saturdays fill up we will open up Sundays.

  • Yes, if you want it to be. If you want parents to attend that’s fine too. For children 4 and under require an adult to be present for the duration of the party.

  • Fill out the Whimsy Wees Birthday Party Form and we will be in touch. You can find the form at the top of this page.

  • Once your party date is secured, you will be required to purchase the Birthday Party Package Deposit for $100 and it is non-refundable. Final payment is required 1 week prior to the agreed upon party date. A final headcount is needed at this time and the final payment is non-refundable. ****If the final payment is not received we will not be able to move forward with the party.

  • There will be a personalized sign available for guests to decorate. If you would like to bring decorations you are welcomed to do so. But remember, our studio is so colorful and bright maybe think about just bringing a few balloons. Please arrive 15 minutes before the party to decorate?

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (alcohol is okay.) Keep in mind that art projects will take majority of the time to complete and guests will not have a lot of time to eat so plan your food accordingly. We can provide an extra table to set things up. We do not provide tablecloths, plates, napkins or utensils. We do not serve the food since we will be busy instructing the art so please have someone designated to help all party guests with their food and drinks. All extra food items will need to be taken with you. We will help with clean up.

  • Yes, we might take photographs during parties. We use them on our Instagram page and for promotional purposes. Please let guest know when inviting them. If you’re not comfortable with this, we completely understand. Please just let us know.

  • We have a 1,400 sq ft space. Large, bright main art studio room with floor to ceiling windows that give lots of light. We have a separate washing room with a large 3 faucet sink for clean up. We also have a bathroom with a changing table. We will provide a speaker for music that you can connect to play your music list. We will provide table/s for food and drinks. (approx. 30”x72”) We provide trash cans. We do not have a refrigerator to keep things cool for the party
