We offer extended care for our Summer Art Camps and No School Art Days to help accommodate family schedules. Extended care is available as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM. The cost is $20 per hour or $10 per 30 minutes, per child. Payment can be made by cash in person as well.

To ensure we have appropriate staffing, please let us know by email in advance of your scheduled art day if you plan to use extended care. Please indicate what camp your child is registered for, the days and times you need extended care.

Late Pick-Up Policy

We kindly ask families to review our late pick-up policy to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal for all students and staff:

Families have a 10-minute grace period after camp dismissal. (Also applies to Extended Care)
After the grace period, a $15 late fee will be charged.
If a child is not picked up within 30 minutes, a $30 late fee will be charged.
If we are unable to reach a parent, guardian, or emergency contact after 30 minutes, the local Sheriff’s Office located at Bethany Village will be notified.
