No Refunds

After School Art Classes

Whimsy Wees is charged a processing fee for every transaction and does not receive those fees back. Whimsy Wees also incurs fees to refund a partial invoice or full invoice. There are NO REFUNDS or credits, (unless there is an extreme circumstances.)

Extreme Circumstances

For extreme cases such as family emergency, hospitalization, or family is moving please email us before the event and a credit may be issued. If there are behavior issues and the child is asked not to attend, a refund will be given.

*If the event was canceled a credit will be issued.

Events

If you have registered for a Whimsy Wee Event, (ie. Workshop, Paint Night, No School Art Day, Enrichment Class) there will be no make-up event for missed events. Refunds will NOT be issued for missed events since we are unable to fill the spot you registered for.

Paint Party

When you purchase the $100 deposit and your party is secured on our calendar for that date and time your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If a party is postponed and/or cancelled the $100 deposit is non refundable. You can get on the calendar and secure a new date by placing a $100 deposit for the new date. Refunds are not issued for party guests that do not show up.

Attendance

Good attendance is necessary to ensure maximum progress and enjoyment of class. Classes are non transferable and spots cannot be given or transferred to another child. If an artist misses a class there are NO REFUNDS or credits. In events such as an extreme circumstance such as a broken bone, severe illness with a doctor’s note, or a death in the family issue can be credited for miss classes. Please send an email immediately and a HOLD will be put on the classes that your child has not used. When they are ready they can resume class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Rescheduling, Teacher and Class Substitution

Whimsy Wees reserves the right to reschedule classes or give credits for future classes due to low registration, extreme weather, or because of a teacher illness. If a teacher is out sick, Whimsy Wees reserves the right to provide a substitute or replacement teacher for classes.

Studio Rules

Whimsy Wees is a place where everyone is an artist and can enjoy the process of being creative. Positivity and community will be at the center of everything we do together. Artists will learn how to appreciate each other’s artwork and how to compliment others’ creativity. We want all artists to feel that the studio is a safe and inclusive place, free of negativity, where everyone belongs. The studio has a zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, and intimidation. Artists who are unable to follow these rules, or who exhibit behaviors that prevent others from learning and creating, will be asked not to attend.
