At Whimsy Wees, our parties aren’t just for birthdays, they’re a joyful way to celebrate any occasion with creativity and color. Parties can be customized for all ages, making them perfect for anyone who loves to create, connect, and have fun. You can celebrate through team building paint parties, sport team paint events, girl scout & troop badge workshops, and holiday-themed art parties.

Party Package $395
Guests will come and work on a collaborative banner and paint a one of a kind art piece that they will each take home. Each guest will paint a 12x12 canvas using acrylic paint. Canvas paintings can be tailored for your event or we can help you decide the perfect theme for your guests to paint. Art party themes like Mushroom Clay Houses and Fairy Gardens are additional cost.

Fill out the Party Form to share your details.
We will email to discuss the date of the party, number of painters, pricing, and logistics. Make sure to check your spam folder for our emails. Once you have heard from us that your day and time is open, you will then pay the $100 deposit to secure your date. Once your party is secured on our calendar for that date and time your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If a party is postponed and/or cancelled the $100 deposit is non refundable. You can get on the calendar and secure a new date by placing a $100 deposit.
A week before your party you will receive an email from us asking for your final head count so we can prep your party. You will then purchase the Final Party Package and if you have gone over 12 guests you will need to purchase the Extra Party Guest option. You will not be refunded for guests that do not show up that day. Any additional artists that are added the day of the party will be $25 each.

Once your party date is secured, you will be required to purchase the Birthday Party Package Deposit for $100 and it is non-refundable. Once your party is secured on our calendar for that date and time your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If a party is postponed and/or cancelled the $100 deposit is non refundable. You can get on the calendar and secure a new date by placing a new $100 deposit.
Final payment is required 1 week prior to the agreed upon party date. A final headcount is needed at this time and the final payment is non-refundable.****If the final payment is not received we will not be able to move forward with the party.

We celebrate birthday parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons either at 12Noon-2:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm.
*We are open to schedule parties during evenings during the week and weekend.

The Party Package is for 12 painters any additional painter is $20 (24 max) We only count painters and you can have as many spectators up to 50 people.

Every party begins with a custom birthday banner that guests can help color as they arrive, setting a festive and creative mood.
Themed Canvas Party (Ages 5+)
For artists ages 5 and up, each child will paint a 12x12 canvas to take home. You’ll get to choose the theme, and we can match just about any idea. To make sure the experience is enjoyable for everyone, canvases can be pre-traced when needed based on the age and skill level of the group.Letter Canvas Party (Ages 3–5)
Our Letter Canvas Party is perfect for little artists! Each guest will paint a colorful canvas featuring the first letter of their name. Once the paint dries, they’ll peel away the tape to reveal their letter and decorate it with sparkling gems. Since this project is quick and fun, the celebration also includes painting and decorating a whimsical faux 3D cake together and making sweet little friendship bracelets to take home.Adult Parties
Celebrate with creativity at our adult paint parties! Easels are set up just like a classic Sip & Paint event, and guests will be guided step-by-step through a painting of the theme you choose. It’s a fun, relaxed way to gather, create, and take home a finished work of art.Special Themes
Looking for something beyond a canvas? We offer a variety of themed projects to make your party extra memorable. Options include Fairy Gardens, Clay Mushrooms, Clay Cakes, 3D Squishmallows for an additional cost.Paper lanterns can be painted instead of a canvas. They can be customized to match your party them. We’ve created them for Rapunzel celebrations, planet parties, and more!

12 painters are included in the party package 24 painters max (including birthday kid and siblings).
We only count painters. Feel free to invite as many friends and families.

Guests decorate the birthday person’s banner as they arrive. About 15min after the hour we will start the painting process. Usually the painting project has two parts. We will paint the first section which takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes. As painters finish this first portion they will wash up and for children parties, we will pull out small children size tables and stools for them to eat at. If you are having food delivered it’s best to have it arrive 45 min after the first hour. (Ex: at 12:45pm if you party start time was at Noon. )
While guests are eating we will be drying their canvases.
After they are done eating they will come back and finish the last portion of the painting. (Note: If the drying process is taking a while and kids have finished eating we may at this time have the kids sing to the birthday artist and eat dessert.)
Once paintings are done we then go back to the tables for singing and dessert. If desserts are being delivered the best time would be around 15min after the second hour. (Ex. 1:15pm if party start time was at Noon.)
We encourage guests at this time to finish coloring the banner. We will then help get all the guests together for pictures.

Yes, if you want it to be. If you want parents to attend that’s fine too. For children 5 and under require an adult to be present for the duration of the party.

A personalized sign will be ready for guests to decorate as part of the celebration. We also have a rainbow colored birthday banner above the food table. You’re welcome to bring additional decorations if you’d like, though our studio is already colorful and bright, often just a few balloons are all that’s needed! You may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party to set up and add your own special touches.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (alcohol is permitted). Please keep in mind that art projects will take up most of the party time, so guests won’t have a lot of time to eat—plan food accordingly. We can provide an extra table for setup, but we do not supply tablecloths, plates, napkins, or utensils. Since our staff will be focused on guiding the art activities, we are unable to serve food or drinks. We ask that you designate someone to assist guests during that portion of the party. All leftover food items must be taken with you, and we’ll be happy to assist with cleanup. We will take are of the trash for you.
***Alcoholic beverages may be brought in, but please ensure they are only consumed by guests who are 21 and older. The studio and staff are not responsible for the service, consumption, or any incidents related to alcohol brought in by party hosts or guests. All responsibility for alcohol remains with the host and their attendees.

Yes, we may take photographs during parties for use on our Instagram page and for promotional purposes. Upon arrival, we ask parents to complete a Party Waiver Form, where they can indicate if they do not want their child photographed. Please inform your guests of this in advance. If you’re not comfortable with photos being taken, we completely understand—just let us know.

We have a 1,400 sq ft space. Large, bright main art studio room with floor to ceiling windows that give lots of light. We have a separate washing room with a large 3 faucet sink for washing hands. We also have a bathroom with a changing table. We will provide a speaker for music that you can connect to play your music list. We will provide table/s for food and drinks. (approx. 30”x72”) We provide trash cans. We DO NOT have a refrigerator to keep things cool for the party
