If someone is feeling shy or nervous, we slow things down and build rapport. We often connect them with a more outgoing child who has been to the studio before. Within minutes, the room starts to feel friendly and collaborative.

Watching Kids Grow in Confidence
One of my favorite things about running camps is watching how quickly kids change.
We often have first-time campers who arrive feeling quiet or unsure. But once they start creating and connecting with the other kids at their table, something shifts. By the end of the week, those same kids are laughing, sharing ideas, and proudly showing their artwork.

The Grand Finale: Our End-of-Camp Art Show
The last day of camp is always one of the most exciting moments. After four days of messy, creative art-making, we transform the studio into a mini gallery. The space is cleaned and arranged so families can easily walk through and view the artwork.
Each child has their own display area on the tables, and we bring out easels to showcase paintings. Kids are encouraged to stand by their work and talk about their favorite piece, how they made them and what inspired them.
Parents walk around taking photos, asking questions, and celebrating the creativity their kids discovered during the week. It’s a proud moment for everyone.
